Strength and Conditioning Regime

Starting this weekend we will be introducing a new Strength and Conditioning regime. Led by our newly recruited strength and conditioning coach Tye. Tye has a background in personal training, sessions will be tailored to developing key muscle groups to help on the the trampoline performance.

Our new Strength and Conditioning regime will take place every Saturday from 11:30-12:00 for all of our competitive members. Parents feel free to take part.
